It`s an understatement when I way millions of people still use microwaves. Microwaves are everywhere, particularly, in food service establishments. One can easily substantiate using a microwave with our busy schedules. But please, take a moment and read this before cooking your next meal in a microwave. The information below comes from a very informative health nutritionist, Peter Gillham.
In the beginning of 1957, until the early 2000`s, Russian forensic teams researched the effects of microwave food. Here are a few of their observations:
- People who ingested microwave foods showed a statistically higher incidence of stomach and intestinal cancers and a gradual breakdown of the function of the digestive and excretory systems.
- Microwave food causes lymphatic malfunctions causing a decline in the immune system.
- Microwaving greatly reduces the nutritional value of food, especially vitamins B, C, and E as well as essential minerals.
- Microwaving increases cancer-causing free radicals, and cancerous cells within the blood serum.
- Microwave food meats contain d-nitrosodiethanolamine, a well-known carcinogen.
Just Use a Microwave for Water?
I had a friend who just used her microwave for water until I explained the following:
One end of a water molecule is positive and the other end is negative. When water is microwaved, they reverse in polarity, the positive end becomes negative and the negative end becomes positive. This continues back and forth throughout the microwaving, resulting in the molecules being torn apart and structurally deformed. This greatly affects our energy fields by causing the cells to lose their delicate electrical charge. (She got rid of her microwave)
To back up Peter`s story, a friend of mine did an experiment with her son for his science class. They grew several sets of tomatoes. One set was watered with facet water, the other with spring water and the other with microwave water. Needless to say, the tomatoes watered with microwave water grow into deformed vegetables. I was quite amazed to see how deformed the plants grew. Not a pretty picture to say the least.
