Ice Tea is Uplifting

During the summer months I need a cool, refreshing and healthy beverage to quench my thirst. I know it is vital.
Black tea makes a fresh and flavorful summer iced tea that you can feel good about. Tea also makes the transition from hot tea to iced tea as easy as relaxing under a shady tree and feeling the summer breeze
After brewing my black tea, I pour it over a tall, cool glass of fresh ice cubes. I even add a little lemon or mint and have found instant relief from the heat. It's even gives me lift to keep my day going.
If I want to prepare iced tea for the whole family, I brew black tea using at least one more teabag than I would usually use. I brew in a teapot or saucepan for 20 minutes (depending on taste preferences), and pour over a pitcher packed with ice cubes. If the resulting tea is too strong, I simply add water to dilute.
Black tea is virtually fat-free, and calorie-free, with half the caffeine of a typical cup of freshly brewed coffee.
