I write for several health and fitness sites. I get very enthusiastic when I write about the subject. So much so that I decided to create my own blog. I hope you visit with me often while I blog, so we can share successes in achieving health and fitness.

After all, if you consider the fact that we will be in these bodies for at least 75 years (I am shooting for 90), we want our bodies to be healthy. We want, or at least I do, want a body that keeps me active in my golden years. They are golden. Aren't they?

We might as well start now and keep at it. Since we are going to "keep at it" we might as well do it right. It's not hard to keep healthy and fit if you do it right.

I want you to be happy and comfortable with Fitness and Health, so I will write in a positive way.
