Alkaline Water Supports Bones and Teeth

According to a recent Washington Post article and statement from the American Dental Association (ADA), the consumption of bottled water could lead to an increased risk of tooth decay due to the absence of added fluoride. I don`t agree with that statement.

Today, Evamor, which boasts a natural alkalinity level 100 times higher than other bottled waters, reminds consumers drinking alkaline water helps support strong bones and teeth, and increased dietary alkalinity leads to a more active and enjoyable lifestyle.

While the presence of fluoride in drinking water can result in stronger teeth, the American Dental Association states too much fluoride may cause fluorosis, or yellowing and staining of the teeth. Many critics also charge that fluoride is dangerous and should not be added to municipal and state water supplies, a practice that has been in place for the last 50 years.

In addition to potential dental benefits, a couple of servings of Evamor a day also increases the amount of dietary alkalinity in the body, helping to regulate the bodily functions and creating an overall more harmonious balance and neutral body pH level. With a pH level at 8.8, Evamor also aids in combating excess acids introduced by the modern diet loaded with sugars, preservatives and fats.

Bottled at the source and never touched by human hands, Evamor was filtered by the Earth's natural processes centuries ago and protected in an artesian aquifer half a mile underground in Covington, Louisiana.

"Increasing dietary alkalinity can lead to better overall health, and we're proud to offer a product that happens to be naturally loaded with alkalinity," said Bo Reily, president of Evamor. "While the absence of fluoride in most bottled waters may lead to tooth decay, drinking alkaline water can lead to the strengthening of teeth and bones."

Consumers interested in an enhancement to their already healthy lifestyle should be on the lookout for Evamor wherever other premium waters are sold.
